Our disaster predicament and disaster recovery process consists of a 24/7 back-up power supply, battery backup and propane generator for the entire office. Our business continuity/disaster recovery is based on the policy of redundancy with enhanced security of data systems and telecommunications network. We update our virus protection software daily. Our server rooms are secure with access only to authorized personnel (IT team and Emergency team). We use Cisco routers and Cisco Pix firewall to monitor and document network security.
