PharmCentre, a division of MakroCare, has enhanced its value-added offerings by launching new service offering models in North America. The new service portfolios built on services & solutions that combine medical, scientific and contact center operations expertise.

To harmonize our existing services, and to develop a wider spread focus on specialized, niche market such as medical information(email and Phone), Medical communications, medical liaison, patient compliance and Safety /Pharmacovigilance.

It is aimed at increasing customer loyalty and enhancing support for Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Device and consumer care industries.

We will be launching these newer service models at DIA Medical Communications conference during March 5th to March 7th, 2012.
